Close to Exeter City Centre, M5, Sowton but also in a nice quiet area. Main bus routes pass at top of road, and Polsloe train station is a 7min walk away (quicker if you march through short cut). This connects to the main line at St Davids- and from there, the world!! Or, at least the UK.
