Parking on Hemnall Street, CM16

Hi, as you will know by now from the office the mess up was my fault. I accept I have parked with you before and the excuses seem pretty lame. Pressure of time and arranging two spaces for my family did not help and I ended up approaching from an unfamiliar direction. Whilst totally accepting it was all my fault I do think that there should be something with your documentation that says one-way street and that it says Terrace as you approach. This would certainly help to avoid the confusion I had. My apologies for the upset caused, if only you had your phone on at the time ... Best wishes, Charles Parker
