It is 2 minute walk through a private gate which only residence have access too which any person renting will also get access too , it is a private parking lot and there a lots of free spaces to choose from, which no size restraints. Perfect for commuters as it is on the beginning of the central line so you are garentee D a seat during rush hour.

Arrive and it's not a private drive...it's a open car park with signs about permits etc. Not sure if it mentions that..
The car parked on the left of the space was diagonal across my space. Again not necessarily their fault.
When I returned I had a note on my car saying don't park here again. I messaged the owner asking what I had done wrong with photo of not but not even the decency to respond. First bad experience with just park.
All round uneasy and unhelpful but 1 star because it's close to the station.

I turned up to use my parking space and was advised by the parking attendant that i needed a permit and that my just park pass was not a valid document. the resulting fine would have been £50 and so i had to drive to epping train station instead and parked there for less money. contacted the space provider and they said "its a new process that came in last week" - it would have been good to know this before turning up.. wont be using this space or just park again... only gave 1 star as you cant leave a 0 star rating

Very easy to book, great location- less than five minutes walk from Epping tube station. Would definitely use it again especially on a week day when other car parks get full very early!

Easy to find with good directions from owner. About 5 minutes walk to Epping Station by turning left out of entrance, then down to alleyway on left then straight down to station (short cut not suitable for disabled due to some steps) Note that Epping Tube still has a toilet as at April 2016 (but advisable to take your own paper in case it's run out !) . Would use again if needed
