Just off Leith Walk

Was such a lucky find! It was so easy to locate, and extreamly useful in respect to our accommodation on Leith Walk was a 5 minute walk. The bollard was left down upon our arrival which was very handy as we arrived quite late, the area was safe and secure. Such a great find and for the price considering Edinburgh is extortionate for parking! Will defiantly be using this service again whenever we're back up in the area, and will recommend to friends and family!

very easy to find; parking lot big enough to host my jaguar xj; helpfull resident while parking. Open parking lot but out of sight from main street. (therefore only 4 of 5 stars). I will call again for our next trip to Edinburgh. Michael

Extremely convenient position for centre of Edinburgh. Very helpful neighbour who helped me deal with the bollard, giving a positive start to the day. Highly recommended; would definite use again.

Really good parking space, safe and nice area. i accidentally left my boot open for 4 days and nothing happened. all went well and was happy. Had to call AA to start my car but neighbours came out to see if everythig was ok so loved that everyone cared in the area. so all round good stay!!! :)

if you've never used a bollard then it can be a little cumbersome but once you get the hang off it. it's easy. A nice lady helped us with the bollard.

We weren't brilliant with the parking bollard but the neighbour was very helpful. Probably everybody else finds it easy but the trick is to lift it a bit while you turn the handle clockwise!!
