Parked here for the majority of the Edinburgh Fringe, and had no problems at all, although it took me a couple of sweeps to find it (the postcode didn't quite get me to the right place). Roughly 50 min easy walk to the Meadows and I think there's a bus nearby that'll get you to town quicker.
Space owner was very flexible and quick to answer any questions.

Misleading ad, space is not on a driveway but in a car park for a block of flats. Someone was already in the space and owner couldn't move them. Told us just to park in the 'visitor' space instead. Also very narrow space.
