I live in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, that has one allocated parking space, that has just been re-tarmacked and would be ideal for a small size car. As someone who does not own a car, it is currently going unused, so I am looking to rent it out. As I live here, overnight parking would be included. Although I can't personally look after your car, should I see anything out of the ordinary, I would be able to let you know.
If the car does not fit into the parking space, I can provide alternative parking on the same street, if your car does not fit, please do contact me, before looking for parking elsewhere.

I rented this space for the past 2 days as I have rented it before but when I turned up to park my car someone else was parked there and I had already paid for the rental of the space :-( I then had to shell out £12.00 per day to park on the street....
NOT HAPPY :-(

Terrible parking space, unable to park in space booked due to line of resident's cars and vans parked against opposite wall. Had to find alternative parking on the day which was both expensive and inconvenient. Owner agreed to refund payment after texting problem but has failed to do so. Would definitely not recommend.

Very small space, definitely wouldn't fit a medium car, mine was small so it fit! Great price though and felt secure leaving my car there.

We have a seat altea, medium sized car. Couldn't get into space so had to pay for parking elsewhere.
