Good space in a modern development. It would have been a bit easier if Faith had given a description of where the space was, as well as its number, to save time. Also Faith should provide assurances that you will not receive a parking ticket as there are several warning signs about residents only parking. If parking wardens patrol the car park, do they ignore cars without permits if the is a 'Just Park' notice in the window?
