There was no designated parking space corresponding to this address. I rang the appropriate entryphone door bell and they had never heard of Ppltaca. I rang the mobile phone number and got the message that there was no such number in use!
Other residents told me that the parking place I randomly chose was rarely used, but that it was private, and parking control people did come round. I decided to risk it and left a note on the windscreen. It went OK but I have a question: Is this a genuine hiring? Is there really a Ppitaca? Or is this a scam? The parking cost about 4 - 5 times what it would have cost in the official hospital car park next door. Who is profiting from this?
