The building is actually serviced apartments so you are likely to see other vehicles parked in some of the bays from overnight guests, who will be moving their cars in the morning.
In the unlikely event that all the bays at the rear are in use (overlap from guests leaving), use the front forecourt. Please could you try your best to avoid driving over the neighbour's front forecourt as they discourage it.
