Got parking ticket contacted just park got no reply

I tried to park in the numbered bays I was given on the parking instruction but when I arrived all the bays had cars in them, I tried calling the number but only got an answer phone message, so I had to make alternitive arrangments for parking at extra cost.

Easy to find and clearly marked which bay. The bay itself is a little narrow with a pillar - but if you park carefully this is not a problem.
