Flat, safe parking space in nice area close to general hospital, about 3 miles from the pier. Ray was an excellent host. Texted, enroute, to ask for details of cycle route to b and b. When we arrived, Ray gave us details of a nice, flat route. Would definitely use Ray's parking place again and recommend to others.

Perfect spot. Bus stop literally 2 mins away with regular service into town. I wanted safe, secure parking for 3 days in Eastbourne - this fitted the bill perfectly. Highly recommended.
