Clean and safe, easy parking

Exiting and entering the parking is a bit tight.

I couldn't pay for parking until I was leaving as the app was asking me for leaving time but I wasn't sure when I was going to leave. Then when I got back to my car it had changed and asked me how long I wanted to park for. Hopefully they will realise that this was a technical error when checking and see that I paid for the relevant time, just at different times. But parking was easy with plenty of spaces and the spaces were quite wide. The carpark was also very clean and tidy.

App was being a pain in the arse, showed my old car details from 2.5yrs ago then i had to sign in with fresh details again took ages.

Payment machine was not working properly and the website took a long time to load up. Not user friendly, especially for an older generation

Ended up paying twice because it assumed I was using the same car as previously. Very difficult to find how to add new car.

I only needed to park for 15-30 minutes. I had to pay for alot more that I didn't need
