This space is our 3rd car park space to the rear of our house, it has a traffic cone at the rear of it to spot... in a Private Road. The space is available at the vehicle owners own risk, I am not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. The space is quite tight and someone in an MPV may find it quite tricky to park. I am able to get my Audi Q3 in comfortably.
The space is 10 mins walk to all Dorking train stations and 5 mins walk to Town Centre (St Martins' Walk)

I will keep this review private, because there were a couple of things to comment on: Firstly, the "private" sign has pretty much fallen apart, so might need replacing and secondly, the space is quite tight and I think someone in an estate or MPV might struggle to get in and out. Would it be worth mentioning that in the description? Other than that, good space, good price, good location, thank you!
