I was very annoyed to find that my app had to be updated. I couldn’t do it as I didn’t have my password with me and was on a hurry. I used the method of telephoning and shall do so in future.

No electric car bays at this car park.

No problem with parking, but as neither machine was working I had to join your system. I am a senior person and have to say it took me nearly 20 minutes standing in the cold to complete all the forms, just to pay a few pounds.

Several times I tried to change the vehicle reg I was parking, but I just kept getting texts telling me how to do it - 27 in all! So my friend had to pay again as it was their car. The price wasn't a lot but it was frustrating that I couldn't change the reg myself, first time of trying. Yet, when I log into my account I can see that other car reg added to my record! Very poor app :-(
