The postcode and street view were incorrect. We wasted our money and nearly missed a very expensive concert. Huge stress on the day. We managed to beg for a space in a different location but ended up paying an additional £40. I tried to follow up with JustPark but got no response. The chat bot was useless.

Utterly pathetic traffic management post event. No control of cars leaving their spaces causing chaos at the exit. The traffic management to get back to the M6 is atrocious, 90 minutes to travel 1.5 miles, will never use this car park if I ever visit the CBS arena.

Great location for venue parking. Lots of staff on site.
Chaotic exit took nearly an hour. Marshals need to be more organised as drivers turn exiting into a free for all.
