If I could give this 0 stars I would! Be careful with this space owner! They cancel your booking while you sleep!! I booked and paid, then drove straight to the spot which was less than 5 minutes from where I was. Pulled up, went to sleep, thinking I was safe in the knowledge that I was parking validly. To only wake up to an email stating that my booking had been cancelled by the space owner. In the morning, I’d messaged both space owner and Just Park (still waiting JP’s response), querying this issue. The owner said they had cancelled my booking because it was past 829pm, though, nowhere had I read that there were restrictions to arrival/booking time! I’d offered to pay them again for my allotted time, but they ignored that and told me to simply contact JP. If they were in the house when I was parked “unknowingly wrongly” outside their house, and they knew they had cancelled my booking, why didn’t they have the decency to come out and tell me??? This better not result in a fine!!

Great little parking space and so close to Ricoh stadium. No problems finding it and easy access. Will definitely use again.

A visible house number would be very helpful. Otherwise a great parking space for the Ricoh stadium.
