Hello the parking space is on a new build site.The site is finished and houses are up .booking is confirmed. Can be parked for a week or month. Quiet and off the main road area, not far from ricoh, about a ten minute walk, no more waiting to get out of your parking space, due to traffic.

The space would have been fine but there was another car parked in it as it had been double booked. Owner was helpful and said this keeps happening by company and her neighbour let us park in their space. Would be reluctant to use agin if this issue is not resolved as could have left us with nowhere to park.

Very close to the Ricoh arena, and the space felt safe. Slightly awkward to park in because a neighbour had parked badly (not in a parking space), but that's not the host's fault

There was a car parked in the space when we arrived so we couldn't use the space. Got hold of the owner who was very nice but couldn't help. So now need to claim my money back.

Great spot. So close to arena and really easy to find. Owner came and shown us the quickest way. Highly recommended and would look to stay here again on coming to the Ricoh.
