I had an issue last week with the next door neighbour. When I returned to my car he challenged me and asked how I had booked the space. The house is empty - pending completion of a sale. The owner, who is awaiting the completion of the sale, had returned to his house, knew nothing about the space being let and was understandably upset that my car was there. The neighbour said that the owner was trying to access his drive and garage and that my car had prevented this. Could you please explain this to me?
