Suitable safe and very private space. Helpful owner answered phone as soon as we got there to gain permit :) no issues would use again

Hard to get to due to new bus lane from high street and one way system. Bit concerned by threatening notices saying "permit only parking and they must be displayed or you get £100 fine". (I was of course not displaying an official permit) I don't suppose they check often but this should be sorted. Maybe your permit should be offered with the space? Exact location of the space was given but only after 2 requests by email.
