The driveway is off-road in a quiet, well-lit residential area, overlooked by my neighbour's house at the back and visible from my house so a very safe location. It is wide (fits two cars) and graveled. Usually there will be my car parked there as well.
It is a five minute walk to Wivenhoe Station which has direct trains to London/Chelmsford/Colchester.
It would also be ideal if you wanted to go for a walk along the quayside or explore Wivenhoe's shops and pubs (four of them within 5 mins walk) or go to one of the summer events regularly held there. Wivenhoe is a lovely village.
NB. The driveway is accessed via the rear of the property which is off ST JOHNS ROAD and not Brook street itself. The address for the location of the driveway at the rear of the property is 8 St Johns rd CO7 9DR.
