We are two mins walk from a bus stop that will take you to Christchurch town, and links to Bournemouth and poole. Also going to new Milton and Lymington. Private car park in a quiet area. So going in and out is very easy. About 0.8 mile from Avon beach which can be very busy in summer. So parking can be difficult. So you ca park at your leisure and walk to the beautiful beaches of Mudeford and stanpit.
