I got parking ticket from APCOA, despite booking with you! Your customer service is not only not helpful, brushing me off to appeal with APCOA directly, but also took 9 days to reply and gave me false impression you will appeal on my behalf, leaving me very little time to appeal within the discount window!
The receipts you provide as appeal support evidence are jokes, stating no booking duration. I have to take screenshot of my phone app!
I will never book with you again!

The location pin and the Google Street view shown before you book is a bit misleading. The APCOA parking is off A222. The one shown before booking is the Chislehurst Train Station Parking which is managed by Meteor Parking Ltd. The APCOA parking is 3 minutes walking from the station. Also the description says "10 parking spaces right next to Chislehurst Train station" but they don't seem to have any reserved spaces for Justpark bookings. When I parked, I simply put my car at the end of the parking lot as it was nearly full. Car park is OK but it should be clearly indicated that is not the Chislehurst train station parking before booking.
