parking is close to town, (about 1 and a half miles) and 20 meters from the local bus stop into town with buses running into town every 10 minutes during normal working hours.the location of my parking offered is also 1 mile from the countess of chester hospital with buses running directly to the hospital (20 metres from my door) at 3 minutes to every hour. 2 late night opening spar shops are within easy walking distance. the main railway station is about 2 miles away and the bache railway staion is 1 mile away.
whoever would like to park at my place must be completely aware that insurance for damage or other is his/her own responsibility. I have to say that I never had a problem with any sort of vandalism to my own car while I was still driving but I will not accept liability for the clients car. I live in a quiet, leafy, area on a corner location with a street lamp directly outside my presmises giving ample light to the vehicle at any time after dusk.
