The road is well-lit, quiet Suburban Street, easy to park, with direct access to the road and good access to the major road network. The location is 7 minutes walk from the Bache Train Station with trains every 15 minutes into Chester and Liverpool (through the Wirral). It is also 10-minute walk to the Countess of Chester Hospital where parking is a hassle with long queues. It is a 25-minute walk into Chester itself. There is a bus to Chester every 15 minutes , the bus stop is 2 minutes walk.
