A 10 minute walk. We are situated in a quiet residential area. Private parking on our drive. With a quick exit on race days.

Great spot approx 10-15 mins walk to the course. Walk is very gently uphill on the way there. Location allowed for a swift get away and avoided most of the race day traffic.
