Instructions to find space were spot on. In a quiet residential area. Left my car here for a week whilst walking Hadrian's Wall Path. About 15 minute walk from the railway station. no problems when we returned to collect the car. Would use again.

The owner of the car park was very helpful!
I post to pick my car 23:00 a clock but because we had a problem with the train, I and it up to pick my car 7:00 am.
The owner was very understanding to my situation.

Easy to find, easy to use. I probably would have found the chain (quite heavy) difficult to use if I had a disability - perhaps this should be signalled in advance.

I booked this for my son. He had trouble finding it, so he phoned the number and the guy came and met them and led them to the space. Not only did he do that but he also took them to the train sation. Now that's 5star service.
