As with the experience of someone else - we arrived to find a car in the space that we had booked - we rang and got a text message back to say Lilo was in Paris!
The next suggestion was we park in one of the guest spaces which we advised were all were filled. Then the comment was park anywhere as there are no yellow lines!!
Having travelled a 120 miles for a specific event, we then had to find alternative car parking at additional cost.
No refund provided and no comment or apology received one week on !!!!

Had to wait 15mins for the space to become available as the owner was parked in it. Had booked it from 8am and arrived at 8:30am but could not find the space as the parking space number was concealed by their car once we got on hands and knees we could see that there was a car in the space. Contacted the owner they said the were coming to move there car but had to wait 15 mins for them to arrive.
This only occurred on the first day of arrival.
