I was greatly alarmed and disappointed to find on my arrival that the owner of this property did not actually live there. Worse there was no drive to park my car on. After banging on the front door for several minutes the tenant came to the door and informed me the owner does not even live in the country, he didn't know about the booking, when asked about garage space said there was stuff in the garage and he may not have a key anyway. I had to park on the road near the house and leave my booking document on the dashboard. I am exceptionally annoyed that someone is profiting by charging me for parking on a public highway. Disgraceful.
I will be raising this issue directly with ParkatmyHouse ltd as there are issues of fraudulent activity and misinformation.
