My flat (number 22) has an allocated parking space but I do not own a car, therefore I am looking to rent out my space to anyone who requires easy access to the town centre (just 5 minutes walk) or train station which is a 15 minute walk away. I'm also open to renting my space on a 6 monthly or annual basis. Enquire within.

Good parking space in an enclosed courtyard of spaces. No through traffic or footpaths. Good location for Burton centre. Would use again, recommended. Thanks.
