The space is quite small as it's between the pavement and the house so you'd have to park hoping you won't get a ticket as some part of your car will be on the pavement. It's quite risky. Also, the first time I went there, there was someone parked on the 'good side' i.e. the hand side so had to park opposite the car. Struggled with parking using the passenger's side and ended up
Parking with the driver's side beside the house, then had to come out of the car using the passenger's side.

I was unable to make use of my booking, as I could not park my car in the space. The picture shown is deceptive. The rubbish bins that are shown off the drive in the picture, are actually within the boundary of the parking space, reducing the space dramatically. Your vehicle , or the bins are not allowed to block the alleyway at the side of the house, When the other flat owner has their 4x4 parked in their space, there is no way you can get you vehicle into the space.
I have a normal sized saloon vehicle. This space is only suitable for very small cars. I had to pay for parking elsewhere. The space owner is reviewing her description of this space.
I am currently waiting to see if I am refunded the cost
