Parking on Coldharbour Lane, SW9

On arrival to the space, the car park was already locked before 7pm. As informed through the parking instructions, we went into the 24/7 shop across the road. We struggled to converse with the shop owner due to a language barrier but he showed us the key to the gate which was broken in half. I promptly rang the space owner who had no idea that the key had broken. He told us that he owned the land next to the car wash and that we were able to park there overnight until he could get another key for the morning. I paid for a locked parking space and instead had to park on a patch of grass which was easily visible from the high street. It was an expensive space which I was more than fine with paying when I thought that my car would be locked away or monitored throughout the day. Very frustrating and won't be using again.

Bit of a longer walk to Academy than I'd've liked. Everything as described. People pleasant and service orientated. Good experience.

Save place to park your car. Near centre of Brixton

Really convenient would use again. Arrived and left during working hours so didn't need access to keys which made it quick and easy!

Sat nav directions were accurate. Car wash guys were helpful as was shop assistant. Key and pad lock were a little bit tricky to open at first but no major issue. Well lit on the streets in thriving area of Brixton.

Easy to find. Set inside a hand car wash which is locked when unmanned. Keys for gate are located nearby for ease of access out of hours. Convenient for Brixton Academy... only a few minutes walk. Will use again.

When we arrived there was no space, contacted the owner who told us to double park and leave my car keys in the 24 hour off licence opposite. Not a chance was I prepared to do this!! Thankfully a driver arrived to get something from his van. Spoke to him and he agreed to move his van and park and park in front of me as he was leaving before we were. However we then had the worry that someone might then park in front of us and be like us and not prepared to leave their car keys in the off licence. Which would of then left us unable to get out of the car park. The space I was forced to use for parking is unsuitable for parking especially if you had a low sitting sports car as you are parking on a pile of rubble. The owner was easy to contact and did try to resolve the issue. I would like to thank JustPark who on my return I emailed to express my concerns on this booking and have dealt with it in an above & beyond satisfactory manner.
