Parking on William Street, BS3

Space was incredibly hard to locate, within a car park of numbered spaces in no clear order. No info provided on where to find space within car park. What left me most disappointed was that when I went to retrieve my car I was unable to access the car park, I tried all entrances with both of the codes provided by Karan (The owner of the space), none of which worked. I then attempted to contact Karan who was did not respond, leaving me to tailgate a neighbour into the car park. Have reported and will not be using this space ever again. This may have been a one off, the space itself was in a good central location and a wide space, however the access issue needs to be sorted for this to be viable for any future users. Use at your own risk!

Nice wide space, behind secure gates. Would be useful if the directions were a little more specific as it took me a little while to find the correct space; this would be particularly relevant if trying to park in the dark. "The flat's parking is on the right hand side, off William Street, before the end of the road (otherwise you'll end up trying to enter a different car park) The space is the 3rd space (I think) on the right hand side in the car park."
