We arrived at this parking space today to find the drive was fully occupied. We contacted the owner who denied knowing the owner of the vehicle occupying the space we had booked and told us to use a permit and park in the street. We then had to drive around for 20 mins looking for a parking space. We are extremely unsatisfied and believe the space had been deliberately double booked.
