Dreadful. Booked several months in advance. Arrived on time. Couldn't find the parking space, had to call the owners (Bargain Parking Ltd) twice. It turned out the shutters to the unmarked location were closed and anyway, they had no spaces so I'd have to find somewhere else. I protested about this and was directed to an open space next to a major railway station, again with no signage to indicate where to go. The whole process took 90 minutes. Just Park refunded my fee very willingly but did not believe I was entitled to compensation.

Found hiring a fob essential for one-off use. Very secure although slightly difficult to find. Just Park staff proved to be extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Will certainly use again

This service would be great, the parking is cheap the place is secure if a little tricky to drive around if your car is bigger than a small hatchback, and the area is great a mere 10 minute walk into the centre of town and all amenities but, unfortunately if you would like your booking to start after office hours or at the weekend which we did, then communication is very difficult and stressful as they do not not work outside these hours or at weekends. They were happy to take a booking that started on a Sunday night but there was no one there to open up for us. After 30 minutes of my husband ringing the number given he gave up and parked in an NCP overnight at a cost of over £20 and then resumed the booking on the Monday morning. I, in the meantime, had messaged Damien on this website to hear back from him to be told repeatadly that they did not work weekends but that he would send a man around to open up, unfortunately my husband had given up by then (it was 9.45pm). I recommend that they do not take any bookings outside of office hours then confusion can be avoided.

very disappointed. Place not mentioned clearly, rang owner many times which keep going to voicemail. Waited more than 40 mins, my work colleague was passing me said he used this parking before and he had to wait for someone to let him in. Luckily he gave me a landline number for bargain parking and some gentlemen was out to let me in and had to call someone to let me out. Not good for one time parkers with no fob to enter. Waste of time and money.

I Would definately park there again without a doubt - just got a bit confused to begin as it was all new to me and needed a key fob but got sorted out in no time communication was top

Disastrous. I emailed Mr Rooney with the time of our arrival & he emailed back that this was "no problem." When I arrived at the carpark & later the office on Sunday there was no sign of him, and the two phone numbers were on answerphone. My colleague, Douglas Robinson, had different instructions - that key fobs would be left in a lockbox outside the office - they were not there. We left phone messages for Mr Rooney, who promised to be at the office at 8am Monday morning, so we had to leave our cars in the street on Sunday night, with the local youth on the rampage. No sign of Mr Rooney on Sunday morning either, but as we were leaving at 8.20 two people turned up and opened the office. They had no idea who we were or what we were talking about, but after a long discussion, they gave us key fobs and we finally gained access to the carpark. The whole thing was a shambles & a waste of money - we shall not be using the service again.

Great location, especially for the harbour area/King St/Queen's Sq. Excellent value(our hotel quoted nearly twice as much @ £12/day). Only small gripe about uneven surface- expected level & even as a "warehouse building" & the pigeon mess on & around car.
