Not happy, turned up and the space was unavailable. Took a total of 35 minutes being sat outside waiting for the person to respond, saying they would sort it, before deciding they were at work and couldn't do anything about it. This then caused us to have to drive round for another 30 minutes to find another space and pay extra. They said they would give a refund, however have only received partial.

Very handy for Ashton Gate - we needed to contact the owner (as we couldn't exactly make out which space was the right one) who immediately got back to us and sorted us out. Friendly neighbourhood too.
