Bristol city Centre Near Temple Quay

Firstly,I have no problem with the person who owns the parking space. When I came to park,it came to light that all I had was the name of the street. As it was a Saturday I called the 'emergency' number given to me. They answered the call and said they would get back to me with the remainder of the address. This they did, but unfortunately I was engaged in another call at the time. Over the next hour I left six voicemail messages - none of which were ever returned. I was late for my appointment and ended up paying for car parking elsewhere. I have been in touch with Just Park and they are trying to get my parking charges back from the space owner??? WHY? This is clearly their responsibility as they cannot answer voicemails yet alone portray an efficient business regime. Space owner (who ever you are) think about using another agency because this one isn't on your side!

this is the 2nd time we have used parking with this owner and once again had excellent value for money. The directions initially given on the parking description was vague however once we messaged we were given accurate directions. We will definitely use again

I have mistakenly put this on the other booking and this has to go here! Very disappointing. I have booked for 4 days of parking under the description of a sheltered area and later realized it be a road parking. I searched the area in google which appeared to be only having yellow lines and after the enquiry he has cancelled the booking without even having a word! I only came to know half an hour before the travelling and it has caused me a great inconvenience to park in the centre. overall "0" for the service.
