On a shared driveway in the heart of Cotham where a residents' parking scheme is now in operation. Within easy walking distance of Bristol city centre, Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road.Please turn left when you have driven onto the forecourt; my space is on the far LEFT, facing Archfield Court building. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN ANY OTHER SPACE! If you are not sure, please check with me.

The parking space is very nice and I felt my vehicle was safe in this location. However, the instructions are unclear and require clarity. They can be easily simplified with a few adjustments. Terms such as ‘You’ll be facing Archfield Court when parked’ only work if you as the driver decided to park in that direction, this isn’t a definite. Also, when phoning to confirm we were in the correct space, I found the response a little sharp, we were only after a little support, it advises on the booking to do this. Also, the spaces are numbered or signed so we parked in what was effectively the first bay as the car next to us hadn’t left enough room for another vehicle to be able to get in. A measure to help would be some signage, ‘Bay 2’ or ‘JustPark Bay 2’. Just thoughts on how to improve your booking instructions.

The space was fine - although, there's plenty of free on-road parking in the area (weekends only), so I have no cause to use it again.
