Parking on Windlesham Gardens, BN1

I don't have a large car Mazda 3 but the space is tiny. I ended up paying again for a space

Nice area to park in, just a 10 minute walk to the train station and central Brighton. The is a curb to mount but this was no issue, the space fit my Audi A3 the front just poked out into the path slightly. Would use again, thank you.

Easy to find and close to the seaside but very small space and large curb.

Better for smaller vehicles but very handy location and felt very safe

This space had a raised kerb which is mentioned on the ad, however, any car that has the wheels to mount the (very significant) kerb is unlikely to fit in the space as its narrow with a brick wall and lamppost on one side and a tree on the other. Any car that can fit in it unlikely has the wheels needed to mount the kerb. This shouldn't really be being advertised as a car space. For motorbikes that can be walked up the kerb? Sure. But this isn't suitable for most cars and I'm really surprised its allowed to be used as such without more warnings about logistics on the ad. The current warnings don't really highlight the true extent of the issues. I scratched up my car trying to get over the kerb and I have a very standard Ford fiesta. I had to pull my mirror in to avoid the tree and to have gotten in, I'd have needed to take a "run up" on an angle, risking hitting the wall or lamp post. I ended up parking elsewhere. I can't recommend this.

Convenient parking space for seafront but a bit of a narrow space.
