Parking in Brighton - just over one mile from sea front, and just a few minutes walk to Preston Park and London Road station (which provides free travel to Falmer rail station for Albion matches at the Amex).
Off road driveway - so guaranteed a space. Bus stop in front, so always easy to get in and out of (except when the bus comes, once an hour!)
Taxi rank only a few metres away - so you can park, and very easily get a cab into town (very handy if you have bags for a hotel, or bringing back shopping).

Had no problem finding the space and was a generous space to boot. The 12 hour clock caught me out though, I only ever use the 24 hr!

The parking details were not comprehensive - while it gave the address and post code for parking - it did not mention where exactly - driveway / outside on road paring bay? On the day, unfortunately the contact person (parking spot owner) was not available to take the call and clarify the location for parking. Ended up parking in resident parking bay - fortunately did not get a ticket.
You need to clarify the exact location when you confirm any parking.
