This is a great parking space in a very good location. It only took us 10 mins (fast walk) to get down to the seafront. We came to Brighton to watch our daughter run in the half marathon and so we were concerned about heavy traffic and road closures. The owner was incredibly helpful and even took the time to research road closures and to provide us with the best route in to his property so that we avoided traffic and the area which was closed. The cost of the parking was excellent value and we will definitely use this space again when coming to Brighton in the summer. Highly recommended.

Good parking for visiting hospital. Picturesque view of Brighton and beach from the street but I would not recommend for anyone with mobility difficulties as the hill is very steep.

Good place to park to avoid some of the hefty charges in the centre. Ideal on marathon weekend as it was away from the road closures.

Great location to view Brighton Marathon. Easy to find, just a bit of a pull up the hill on the way back after a long day. Will certainly use this location again. Gave helpful and prompt replies to my queries.
