Detached residential property in Patcham in a private road just off the A23. Local bus service to central Brighton 2 minutes walk or National Express bus to Gatwick and London 5 minutes walk. Preston Park Station approximately 15 minutes walk. Taxi in to central Brighton is about £10 or we can give a lift for a contribution to petrol and wear and tear.

I Was a little disappointed when arriving to park my car as the photo advertising the driveway is minus a broken down car parked in the entrance of the driveway thats clearly been sat there for a while . That caused confusion so continued to drive around in case we had the wrong address . To squeeze the car between a broken down car filled with car parts and a bush which i might add trying also not to damage the owners garden was a "breath holding moment"
I do feel we were over charged on parking on this driveway . It would have been nice to have been made aware on the car that was broken across the driveway before we arrived that way we would have been prepared & i wouldn't have left this review. However area is safe to park & car was absolutely fine upon return.

First time for us but would definitely do it again. Taxi into Brighton was £10 or £2.40 bus ride. Owner very pleasant. Thank you.
