Our parking spaces are located at the rear of our community centre and can be accessed via North Road.

Brighthelm is part of a community hub that is the focal point for many local charities. The parking spaces are located next to our garden area, which is well-used by visitors during the day. The area is safe and offers good value compared to car parks - but please note that it's not a luxury option. There have been no issues with security in the past.

Superb location in Brighton for a visit to the Royal Pavilion. The location was easy to find, easy to exit. The space was well marked and gate access code worked as designed. Would happily use again. Thanks, Jeff

Parked here from 23/26 May 2016 - the only good thing about this space is it is only 10 minute walk to the front. When we got back to the car, it was covered in tree sap, the whole car, I had to clean the windows before I could drive out. even the car wheels were sticky. I told the people at Brighthelm, but they just said, tell Justpark about it. I had left a private review, but have not had any recognition, partial refund, or apology. It cost me £10 on top of the parking costs, to get my car properly cleaned. The two parking spaces for Justpark were both under this big tree, where-as the parking spaces for Brighthelm employees were out in the open, and their cars were clean. Do yourself a favour, and give this parking space a miss. The one star is for its proximity to the front

Not a bad location for Brighton shops and beach.. That is where the good revue ends. I left my car from 23rd/26th May, when I got back to the car, it was literally covered in a thick cover of tree sap, all over even the wheels were sticky. I couldn't even drive out onto the road without cleaning all the windows. I had to have the car washed which cost more money, and made the parking expensive, in relation to the distance of our hotel, compared with other JustPark spaces, meaning we had to drag our luggage further. Very distressing end to our holiday. Would be expecting some sort of rebate in view of this.

You need to approach the car park on the road suggested as the Satnav brought us in too far down and the road is one way! Other that that it was all very easy, nice central parking to reach the popular places of Brighton. Lots cheaper than the normal car parks if you want longer term parking. Would definitely use it again.

When we arrived at 1.00pm there were only two small spaces left. One sandwiched next to a 6x6 which intruded on a vacant space and one at the far end alongside the green. If I had taken that space it would have been impossible for any vehicle at that end to turn around. So, altogether too tight, I'm afraid.

Very easy to find and spaces well marked. Although given code for barrier found this to be open. when arriving. Will definitely use again and was sorry it wasn't available for the following day. Very cheap for whole day's parking so close to Brighton railway station.

Found place to park ok. Good location right in centre of town and 10mins walk to our hotel in Old Steine. Very secure and would recommend anyone else to use it. Will use it again if we ever go to Brighton again.
