Parking on Eaton Place, BN2

The person who rented the space was really nice and helpful. The space itself it is between two buildings, it does not look like a parking space and it was full of rubbish.

parking location ok, shame I had to move heavy wooden doors dumped in the space to get my car in!

I could not park ! The space was so small and had a big rubbish bin it. I abandoned rhe space and parked in an underground secure council park for a similar price.

Space was empty when I arrived, is really convenient, and good value for money for long term stays. Thanks.

Different to find it isn't actually on Eaton Place. The surface was extremely uneven. One of the owners of the garages had emptied the contents into the space, so I had to wait for 15 minutes while they cleared it all out of the way, they were very unhappy about it and I had to go and check my car the next day.

Very convenient parking space for us staying in Kemp town, parking spot quite tight, glad we have a small car. Will definitely book the space again.

Perfect, right near the sea front. Easy to follow directions and much cheaper than pay and display.

Arrived to find vehicle parked there already. After some investigating, I found this to belong to a contractor working on the owner's adjacent building so asked him to move which he did without issue. I suggest that the owner of the space does his best to ensure space is free during booked periods as I suspect that people using this space are generally in a hurry and may not have the time nor inclination to track down the occupier.
