Multiple entry and exit allowed
Off street, at rear of property parking space. Access is via a short, but narrow driveway, will fit most average cars, but to be on the safe side, no vans or 4x4's. It's best to back into the space. We are a very close walk to Brighton station, all the local amenities and location benefits of the Seven Dials area, and the space is nicely tucked away.

As described. Tight for my Mondeo but easily manageable. Didn't realise there was no room to turn in the off road area so had to reverse out and reverse back in from the road in order to be able to get out of car otherwise would have been against the wall. Would have been tight had there been a car in the adjacent bay but it does not seem to be used.

Upon arrival a black bin bag of litter was strewn across the driveway, it could of had anything inside it including glass, needles or sharp metal and I was far from willing to move it as it stank. I had to risk driving over it. At the rear of the parking space was brambles, and tree
