Your vehicle will be parked on my private drive in a quiet residential road (No through traffic) in Woodingdean, 3.5 miles from Brighton City centre, 2.5 miles to Brighton Marina & 1.8 miles to Brighton &Hove Albion football ground (American Express Community Stadium)_ 50 meters to bus stop with regular direct routes to the city centre. Daily return £4.60 Private transfer £10 each way. Car Wash available (outside only) POA.

driveway is fine, but it is a fair walk to the ground over hills and dales which is very exposed to the weather. the pub on the corner does a bus for £4 return but it leaves very late after the game. main issue is that even on match days there is unlimited street parking by this parking spot so you can park on the road for nothing, but this owner appears to rent out two spots on his driveway so there would be a risk of getting blocked in on his drive whilst no risk of this parking for free on the street

we booked this space to have a easy depart from Brighton after doing London to Brighton cycle ride. Although the 2.5 mile distance from seafront was mapped it should also say its a very steep hill climb. As we arrived some one else also arrived to park on the same drive meaning the car at rear would be boxed in if returning first, This would have been us if we had arrived to park 10 mins earlier and would have had to wait hours to leave if first back. I feel this should be a one car space only. Communication was great and mark was helpful and friendly. Regards colin.
