Parking on Coldean Lane, BN1

When I arrive at the space 3 cars were already parked on a ramshackle piece of land outside a disused pub. Rang space owner who advised me to park across the front of the order parked cars blocking them in. I said I wouldn't do that ( I certainly wouldn't appreciate that happening to me) so I had to squeeze behind 1 of the cars and blocking access to the rear of the pub were there was a vehicle access, as for CCTV and security guard more chance seeing Shergar being ridden by Lord Lucan...

First of all, this is actually a decent place to park. I later heard tales of woe from people who used other car-parks (an hour to get out etc), and there is no street parking any nearer the stadium. It is particularly good for a quick post-match getaway (turn left out of the pub and keep on Coldean Lane until you reach the A27 (A23/M23 for London)...5 minutes. However it is just a shut-down pub. When I arrived there were two cars already parked awkwardly. There is (very narrow) access to the rear of the pub to further space but, as that land backs on to houses, it isn't clear if you can park there. I tried to call the space owner but there was no response. I eventually parked at the front of the pub, with no problems as it transpired. As for "...10-minutes to the Amex Stadium"...only if you are Mo Farah.

misleading advertising stating 10 min walk to amex stadium. in fact it was at least 20 min walk

Good position for the football ground which was a 15 minute walk.

1/2 hour walk to the Amex Stadium not a problem. Access tricky - 2 cars already parked making manoeuvring into remaining space difficult. No evidence of CCTV or Security Staff (neither needed tbf). Expensive.

Handy for the football about 15 min brisk walk . Easy to get away from afterwards... Just a little bit expensive at £24.

Easy to find and park, good location for the football stadium, there is not much parking around so booking this space made our trip easy, straight to convenient parking, about a 15 minute walk to stadium. Would use again.

Very convenient for the Amex and a quick get away after the match.
