Parking next to Preston Park station with easy access to Preston Park (5-minute walk), Brighton (one stop, 6 minutes) or Gatwick (30 minutes). Regular buses run from the end of the road to Brighton and the National Express service to Gatwick and Heathrow. Great place to park for events in Preston Park, or if you want to avoid the traffic and expense of parking in central Brighton. Book early for Brighton marathon or Pride - this is prime parking for those events as Clermont Road is just before they divert the traffic and only a 5 minute walk to Preston Park.

Directions and descriptions were spot on, parking space was so convenient for event at Preston park. Would definitely use again.

Driveway was easy to find, and more than ample for my Golf.
The road itself is narrow, and the cars parked along meant I couldn't reverse in, but I had no issue reversing out when I was leaving (the steepness warning concerned me but it was fine).
Great price for all day parking in Brighton and very conveniently located near Preston Park where I was going for the day!

Perfect! In an ideal location for anyone going to Wildlife Festival as it is only 10 minutes walk from Preston Park where the bus shuttle leaves from! Really easy to find, no problems at all!

Good space, easy to find. Unable to use it however as we needed to access Preston Park Road to get there which was not clear on our map. Sorry - it looked ideal until we checked it out the day before !
