This parking space is allocated to my flat in Caspian Court, it's reserved for residents only and as I don't have need of a car in Brighton, is available for long periods. I'm no more than 5 minutes from Brighton station on foot, and perhaps 15-20 from the sea front and centre of town.
The space measures roughly 4.5m x 2.4m but I hope the pictures help you get a sense of the size of it,

The flat number for the space has totally worn away, so we had to go by the image to make sure we had the correct space.

Easy to find and identify space. It was a little tight for my SUV but mainly due to the way the adjacent cars were parked. No problems with kerb if you take it easy. A simple 10 min walk to central shopping area.

It was easy to find and felt like a secure spot. The security light came on nicely when I arrived but on my return at 10.30pm it didn’t. I had to use my phone torch as I felt a bit unsafe in the dark. As other reviewers have mentioned the steep slope on the way out does scrape the underside of the car slightly. It’s a 15 min walk into the main area of Brighton (I went to the Dome) but the walk back is all uphill

Space was a good size. It is unmarked but easy to identify if you read the owners description and look at the picture.
Entrance to the carkpark was easy to find and quiet. My car felt very safe.
Pricing was honest and better value than the cowboy council's rates!

Just make sure that when leaving that you drive at a snails pace when exiting as the dip might scratch your bumper.
