Car Park on Brighton Square, BN1

After we booked and paid, there were no JustPark spaces left when we arrived, same for another car that arrived just after us. It took 20 minutes to get an answer on the phone. We were told to park in another free space. On collecting our car next day, the car park attendant told he we had parked in a private slot and we're lucky we hadn't been blocked in by the owner, he said they had a lot of problems with JustPark over-bookings. We won't be booking JustPark parking again.

Easy to find when reading the instructions. Only thing was there was only one space left when we arrived and it was very tight between 2 pillars! So might be difficult for a bigger car, luckily we were in a Polo. But overall really convenient, great location and easy to get in and out of the car park.

My car felt safe and secure there. Make sure you park in the right bay. Not easy to find but the instructions given by justpark helped a bit. The sat nav directions didnt work, found the car park entrance with a bit of luck!

Great parking for central brighton good orice safe and secure

Thought it was too good to believe parking in Brighton for around 1/3 of the normal price but our experience was tainted by complications & completely incorrect instructions! Instead of having a pleasurable trip to the coast with my 80 year old parents, it was stressful & I worried the entire time. Firstly, we drove following the Sat Nav postcode stated but the barrier failed to activate - we called JustPark & the telephone representative made several suggestions, after which it was discovered we had been directed to the wrong car park. On arriving at the car park & gaining entry, none of the listed parking bays were available apart from 22b which is impossible to park in as a third of it is taken up with a wall & once parked, if all other spaced were taken the space would be blocked in. Call JustPark representative again who says to park in another space - when told which space as all those outlined in the paperwork were occupied, we were told "any space, JustPark owns the whole car park" - I questioned JustPark again - can it really be ok to park in bays where notices clearly state "Private Parking space" & representative repeated "we own the entire car park" & to just let them know which number car was parked. I tried to do this several times, but was unable to get through to an representative so left a voicemail as stated on the answerphone message. Came back on last day to find irate owner of the bay blocking our car in & a large note taped to windscreen!

Little tricky to find, and as we were there on a week day we did need to have a builder let us through the site barrier. However, very secure, central location, best value in Brighton. We would definitely use this again.

Brilliant Location for Brighton, only downside is tight parking spaces.

Excellent place in the centre of Brighton - only 2 minutes walk from the Youth Hostel. However, the code, apparently, must be preceeded and followed by a hash key symbol and so we had a problem getting in first time!! Amazing service. Brilliant idea to use space.

Actually I am little disappointed. I booked 2 spaces for my wife and a friend, and both had trouble. When they arrived they found the car park full, and the owner took more than an hour to sort out spaces - he was helpful, but still an hour wasted. The spaces were tight, we knew that, but it was very tight ! The the owner asked us to move in a couple of hours ! I think he decided not to push it with my wife, but still no t very relaxing. The location was excellent, as was the price, but maybe a little more organisation and less stress would be helpful.
