This space is very awkward and on this occasion I could not fit on as the owner lets two spaces (third is owners car) and the right hand space had parked too far from the wall leaving little room in the middle. Could not fit on as the owner has another car on the road that blocks a straight on approach. Will not use again as almost missed the start of the Brighton game arranging other parking.

Decent spot to park about 25/30 mins walk from football stadium which is a very hard place to get parking of any kind if coming to watch a game by car.
